Ok, now, let us get our frozen fingers warmed up so we can type this blog post. What just happened? How are we in the depths of winter now? We're scrambling to find our winter coats in the backs of our closets and reminded to start ticking off some of those looming end-of-year goals. What are your goals last bits of the year?
